Water washing deodorization (countercurrent)
The system can reduce the emission of particulate matter, odor and ammonia in pig farm. Its working principle is based on the hydrolysis of dissolved gas compounds and dust, and the decomposition of odorous compounds and ammonia by nitrogen fixing bacteria naturally growing in polypropylene sponge net
Operating principle
A pump draws water from the pool under the water washing system and continuously sprinkles water on the low wind resistance polypropylene sponge net (the gas from the room can pass through the sponge net). The gas from the sponge net passes through the water curtain of stripping gas. The sponge net can increase the contact time between the output gas and water and help the ammonia gas change from gas to liquid (from NH3 to NH4).
The water recovery at the outlet of the washing system collects suspended water droplets and divides the evaporated water into two parts
